Hi, I am Your Name

I have been designing for eight years, five of them on enterprise products. My work usually starts with business analysis and ends with shipped front-end code — I believe you only learn whether a design decision holds up once you have delivered it yourself.

My focus is removing needless effort. Whether it is a back-office console or a mobile banking app, people care about fewer clicks, shorter waits and fewer mistakes. I validate that with shadowing sessions and usability tests, not meeting-room debate.

Outside of client work I write about what I build and maintain a few small open-source tools. If you are working on a similarly complex product, feel free to write.
